PAYMENT METHOD


What forms of payment accepted?

  • Credit Cards - Visa, MasterCard and American Express
  • Debit Cards - Visa, MasterCard and American Express

  • Pre-paid gift cards - Visa, MasterCard and American Express

  • PayPal - Must have an U.S. account.

What are payment restrictions?
    • You cannot split your payment between multiple credit cards.

    • All credit and debit cards accounts must be issued by an U.S. bank or financial institution.

    • All credit cards and debit cards must have an U.S. billing address.

    • All cards used for payment must have a valid security code.

    •  Currently, we do not accept purchase orders, cash, checks, or money orders, nor do we offer any sort of layaway or C.O.D. service

    Do you charge sales tax?

    • Yes, Arizona residents will be required to pay the appropriate state sales tax. 
    •  Sales tax will be added at the time of checkout.
    •  Residents outside of the Arizona Jurisdiction will not be responsible for state sales tax. 

     

    PROCESSING ORDER

      • Orders using free shipping offer, and promotion or discount codes will be applied during checkout.

      • At checkout you will be able to choose a shipping method. Your total shipping charges will automatically be added to you invoice during checkout prior to completion of your order.

      • Shipping and handling charges are determined by the merchandise dollar amount of your order before any special coupon offer deductions or sales tax calculation.

      • Completed orders submitted prior to 6pm ET will begin processing the same day. Orders received after 6pm ET will begin processing the next business day (excluding holidays).

      • Orders may take up to 1-2 days to process prior to shipping.

      • Shipping timelines are pending credit authorization and address verification.

      • Once order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation with your order tracking number.

      • Tizzi-Inc.com ships orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

      • Unfortunately, we cannot cancel, update (add/remove item(s)/coupon(s)) or change an order once it has been completed. You may return or exchange the item(s).  Please view www.tizzi-inc.com return or exchange policy.
